The 3D Exhibition
Opening 11am Saturday 6th May 2023
Open Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 3pm 6th May to 4th June 2023

“Heaven on Earth” is the work of three artists from South Hokianga, Tira, Rachel Miller, and Denise Batchelor.
This mixed media show includes weaving, photography, film, and paintings.

Ngāhuru Kāhuru is a show curated by Claire Kaahu White featuring fourteen artists from Hokianga and Te Waipounamu. The artists were invited to explore the season of autumn, literally and metaphorically, and they have produced an exciting array of work in their interpretation of this theme. You are warmly invited to the opening at 11am on Saturday 25th February. Nau mai, haere mai ki te kaupapa o te wa o Ngāhuru. Mihi mai ra.

Hotting up for a vibrant summer at Village Arts Gallery!
The summer show is always wide-ranging, varied and endlessly changing so come in often or check the Facebook page for new arrivals.

We are pleased to be hosting “Common Ground” a retrospective photographic exhibition by Marg Morrow.
This is a significant show for Hokianga as it covers the years from 1984 to 1994 at a time of great change, and includes 200 black and white photos of the local people at various events around North Hokianga.
